怕怕（杜灵珊 配音）是一只生性腼腆的小鳄鱼，她和妈妈居住在一座恬淡怡人的海滨小镇。这里大部分的居民都是猫族，怕怕一家在此显得如此扎眼与格格不入，这也让她倍感孤独，并且十分害怕走进小朋友们的中间。她多想在放学后来到路边小店买上一份冰激凌，但是那群小猫喧闹欢笑的样子却让她望而却步，生怕被她们排挤于欺负，因此冰激凌似乎始终难以企及。某天，一只黄色的小霸王龙（陈展鹏 配音）闯入怕怕的生活，他帮她买到好吃的冰激凌，他们还经常在一起玩耍，怕怕由此变得开朗、大胆许多……　　本片荣获2010年第十届北京电影学院动画学院奖最佳短片奖、第七届杭州国际动漫节美猴奖学生动画短片奖、荣获第十七届上海电视节亚洲动画创投会最具创意奖。
本片讲述了心地善良的皇女艾丽婕为了救伙伴从天界跌落到了海底世界阿拉德大陆，由此经历了一系列令她快速成长的冒险事件，并收获了亲情与友谊。最终她克服重重困难，战胜了怯懦，勇敢背负起最高祭司的责任，成长为人人爱戴的天界女皇。
