在COVID-19大流行病开始的时候，丹尼是因危机而失去工作的外国工人之一。回国后，丹尼逃出隔离设施与家人团聚，却被他残疾的父亲盖恩的恶劣状况所欢迎。为了寻找一份体面的工作，丹尼寻求他以前的同性恋恩人利托的帮助，以资助盖尔的药物治疗。然而，利托却把丹尼推荐给了他的朋友雷内，雷内经营着一个伪装成合法咖啡店的网上性交易场所。这使丹尼进入了网络性爱的世界。
本片剧情内容则采用回忆倒叙的方式，叙述美女贝儿回忆当初到城堡当囚犯时的第一个圣诞节，贝儿唤醒了城堡失去已久的欢悦感觉，使得城堡重新享受圣诞节庆的温馨，终于也让野兽重新体会人生的光明面，抛弃自私自立的心理，贝儿与野兽才彼此相知的情形。本片除电影原班人马演出之外，还多了三个新角色，包括名叫安吉利的圣诞树饰品娃娃、阴险的管风琴以及他的小跟班短笛等贝儿必须克服管风琴从中作恶，才能完成心愿使野兽重享圣诞节的欢欣。
